What keeps you motivated?
The absolute joy when we place someone – knowing all the people involved in that success – our staff, a client company, and a candidate. Plus – we have put over $40 million dollars back into our local economy – the salaries of people we’ve placed since 1995!
What's the best advice you ever received?
From my uncle, Sam Block, Senior, the day I opened my business “make your Banker your best friend!”
What do you wish you knew when you started your business?
That, as an owner, the amount of time we MUST spend ON our business – not in it! And that’s not the fun part!
What's your best time management hack?
Setting a meeting with myself in the late afternoon to get tomorrow organized.
