Here's a little about Omar:
I was born in St. Louis, Missouri but raised in Houston, Texas. My mother was an educator and my father was an entrepreneur. Watching how hard my parents worked and the way they managed money taught me the principles of hard work, service, loyalty, and integrity.
After studying business in college, I knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur like my family had when I was young. I understood that when we help others find their passion and purpose we ensure and fulfill our purpose. Our family-business mission is to implement a plan that allows people get Memphis to Work! giving them peace of mind, has really encouraged me to enter this field.
Since 2021, We have helped hundreds of people find ideal work and purpose. I enjoy working with all of our candidates and customers. Each and every opportunity to help candidates understand the choices they have to prepare for their future motivates me. It's both inspiring and gratifying when I see our candidates fulfill their path to a career.
When I'm not wearing my business hat, I enjoy swimming and spending time with my family.
