That last example isn’t a best-case, fictitious scenario. It’s the current scenario in Memphis. Earlier this year, Glassdoor ranked Memphis the seventh-best city for jobs in the country. People are coming here to experience a reinvigorated, historic city that has so much to offer, and they’re bringing unique talents, skills and passions with them.
